kyat8 Terms & Conditions and Service Usage Policy

Age Requirement

Only players aged 21 and above are permitted to use the kyat8 platform. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or play any games. kyat8 reserves the right to verify a player's age at any time after registration.

Individual Accounts

Each player may hold only one account at a time. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, kyat8 may —

• Close those accounts,
• Forfeit any bonus funds held in those accounts,
• Settle any remaining balance in the most recently created account.

Accurate Information

Players must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration. kyat8 may close any account created with false or incorrect information at any time.

Deposit Methods

kyat8 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks regardless of the payment method used.

Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Note that timing may vary depending on when the request is received.

Deposit / Withdrawal Terms

• Players may only use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions from third-party accounts are not allowed.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the deposit wherever possible.
• kyat8 reserves the right to review any deposit or withdrawal to protect against financial risk.
• If financial fraud is detected, kyat8 may void the funds involved and suspend the account.

Welcome Bonus Details

First-time depositors receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. For example, depositing 20,000 Ks earns a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks. That bonus of 30,000 Ks requires a 10x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn (30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks).

If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a balance of 480,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

General Bonus Policy

• The wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus can be found in the details of that bonus offer.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the real money wagering requirement has been completed.
• Note that requesting a withdrawal before completing the bonus wagering requirement may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household (IP address) basis, so duplicate accounts will not be eligible for bonuses.
• kyat8 reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Referral Reward

When you refer a friend and they make their first deposit, you receive 10% of that deposit as a bonus of up to 10,000 Ks. In addition, you will receive a weekly commission of 0.1% of your referred friend's net winnings.

Prohibited Actions

• Using software, bots, or any technical tools to participate in games
• Abusing the bonus system through duplicate accounts or collusive play
• Any money laundering activity
• Attempting to defraud other players
• Attempting to breach the security of the platform's software

Errors and Technical Issues

Any amounts arising from a software bug may be reclaimed and reversed by kyat8, and any winnings awarded under such circumstances may be voided. Players are instructed to notify the kyat8 support team immediately upon discovering a bug.

Personal Security Responsibilities

Players are personally responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure. kyat8 is not liable for any losses resulting from a third party accessing a player's account. Situations Where kyat8 May Suspend or Close an Account

• While investigating a potential breach of these terms
• Upon discovering that incorrect information was provided
• When financial fraud is suspected
• When required to meet a legal or regulatory obligation

When a player requests that their account be closed

If a player wishes to close their account, they can request it by emailing [email protected]. Please note that any remaining balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed, and any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Service Interruptions

kyat8 may temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, repairs, or unexpected circumstances. We will attempt to give advance notice when this happens, but cannot guarantee it. If games in progress are lost during a service interruption, kyat8 is not obligated to refund players' stakes. Decisions will only be made based on verified evidence that the connectivity issue originated on the player's own end.

Legal Framework

If an unresolved football dispute arises regarding these terms, it will be settled in accordance with the laws of kyat8's operating jurisdiction. kyat8 will not disclose specific licensing or local regulations issued by any regulatory body, but is committed to operating as a secure and trustworthy platform.
